OpenBox Co Design&Build brings together a group of talented people who are experienced in the design and production of buildings.
Because listening to customers' needs is at the heart of what they do, the women and men tasked themselves with responding to one of their customers' most compelling needs – the need for more transparency and collaboration.
Our Technical Department designs the projects, carries out the price studies, the execution studies, the general coordination of the operation to reach the objectives of price, dead lines and specifications. It brings together the know-how of Projects Managers who are involved from the beginning, with the Studies Manager.
OpenBox also attaches huge importance to two strategic qualities: Differentiation and Excellence. Differentiation encompasses more than just the basic offering; it includes contact with the customer, and collaboration with all stakeholders involved. Excellence is driven by the calibre of the team but also by internal processes, technical decisions and architectural choices.
It was a mindset that was shared by Bertrand Chabanne and the entire team at BEG Ingénierie. They then refined their plans further in order to provide the perfect complement to the turnkey and project management solutions offered by BEG Ingénierie and set up synergies between both companies.

David Fitoussi
A graduate of ESTP and holder of a Master of Science degree (Eng.) from the University of Birmingham, David Fitoussi has more than 25 years of experience in the field of construction and building engineering. in subsidiary management and general management positions in companies such as Vinci and EDEIS. He joined OpenBox in 2019 as Managing Director before becoming President in March 2022. |
