DCB LOGISTICS: a cold logistics platform for STEF

BACKGROUND
STEF wanted to consolidate and develop its operations in East Lyon region. Plots opportunities are very few in this area. DCB LOGISTICS has demonstrated agility, creativity and tenacity to offer a built to suit solution and to meet the expectations of STEF. OpenBox builds on behalf of DCB LOGISTICS the project on which STEF and DCB LOGISTICS have agreed.
STEF has a perfect understanding of its needs, technical solutions and costs. The deadlines are also very framed. The technical expertise of OpenBox has taken up the challenge and guaranteed its customer, DCB LOGISTICS, performance in terms of price, services and planning.

The perfect knowledge of specificities of logistics platforms under-temperature was an asset. The understanding of the issues and the culture of the client but also of the user also strongly contributed to the success of the project. The legal framework of a work contract obliged OpenBox to guarantee all of its subcontractors. OpenBox's relationship with its banks, consolidated by the counter-guarantees of BEG Ingénierie, has raised more than € 10 million in deposits.
