OpenBox has entered into a partnership with ASTRON, an expert in the design and construction of PSLV parking lots.

Tailor-made, to your brand image
Your Astron car park is custom-built using an innovative "plug&play" process, for a turnkey delivery. The ASTRON superstructure car parks are functional, modular and allow for a great deal of architectural freedom (Green surfaces, wood, colours, materials in accordance with your brand image).

Controlled construction times and cost
The optimisation of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in the design, construction and use phases of the car park is in line with OpenBox Co Design&Build's policy of offering its customers an economically profitable product with a rapid payback period. Thanks to the manufacturing processes, the construction time is controlled and can be easily integrated into an overall project.

An eco-responsible approach
Right from the design stage, eco-efficient solutions with minimal environmental impact are favoured: recyclable materials, electric charging stations, multimodality with soft mobility, use of photovoltaics, rainwater recovery, green spaces, etc.
The PSLV can also be scalable and reversible.
In some business parks, the sharing of parking spaces between companies offers a new experience of mobility and parking.
